General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Subject of the Contract and Definitions
The contract entered into between “Gioielleria Ticca” and the Customer is deemed concluded upon acceptance of the order by “Gioielleria Ticca”. Such acceptance shall be considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accept these general terms and conditions of sale and payment.
2. Purchase Methods
Orders are accepted exclusively online through the website www.gioielleriaticca.com. The Customer will receive an order confirmation by email at the end of the procedure.
3. Product Characteristics
The jewellery offered complies with the descriptions shown on the website. The Customer is required to carefully review the essential characteristics of the products before placing an order.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of VAT, and do not include shipping costs, which are calculated separately and clearly indicated before order confirmation. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
5. Payments
Payment must be made at the time of placing the order using the methods indicated on the website. Once payment has been received, the order will be processed and shipped.
6. Delivery
“Gioielleria Ticca” delivers products via trusted couriers. Delivery times range from 2 to 15 working days, except in cases of force majeure. Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 8 days of receiving the goods, without any penalty and without having to provide a reason. Withdrawal must be communicated by email.
8. Warranties
All products sold by “Gioielleria Ticca” are covered by a 24-month conformity warranty from the date of purchase, excluding damage caused by improper use.
9. Liability
“Gioielleria Ticca” shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events. The Company is not responsible for indirect damages or for data loss resulting from the use of the website.
10. Termination of the Contract
“Gioielleria Ticca” reserves the right to terminate the contract in the event of non-compliance by the Customer, without the need for judicial intervention.
11. Jurisdiction and Competent Court
For any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, or breach of contracts concluded online through the website www.gioielleriaticca.com, the Court of Oristano shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Amendments to the General Conditions
“Gioielleria Ticca” reserves the right to amend these general conditions at any time by publishing them on the website. The amendments shall take effect from the moment of publication.
